We should not force students into compelled speech, requiring them to affirm others’ falsehoods, ideologies, or mental illnesses. While claiming to protect all students, policies that compel “non-trans” students to deny biological reality actually harm them, prioritizing the “trans” group instead. This creates clear hypocrisy: “trans” rights are elevated above everyone else’s protections.
Those pushing for such compelled speech signal that “trans” ideologies supersede others’ rights. Worse, these policies affirm and encourage mental illnesses and biological fallacies that have infiltrated our education systems nationwide.
It’s hypocritical to “protect” one group while ostracizing and forcing another to lie daily. This has no place in children’s education—it’s wrong and foolish. Shame on those who introduced it.
The rest of the country must follow Ohio’s lead: stop imposing “trans” ideology on kids, cease affirming severe mental illnesses, and focus on genuine help rather than mutilation, hormone blockers, or coerced speech.
